Hope is proud to announce that it has accepted the Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge. The motto of this challenge is about motivating as well as involving residents of Dubai to commit to 30-minutes of at a stretch workout a day for 30-days. This fitness challenge has started to transform Dubai into the most active and exciting city in the world over. DFC returns from 26th October to 24th November 2018.

The Dubai Fitness Challenge has begun in 2017 as a citywide initiative of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed AI Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai as well as Chairman of the Executive Council for the Government of Dubai.

The Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge has come up with one objective in mind is – to encourage each and every resident of Dubai as well as visitors in the city to exercise at a stretch for at least 30-minutes for 30 consecutive days, and turning Dubai one of the most energetic cities across the globe.

Almost 1 million people from schools, universities, corporate, government, and the public joined in this movement as well as committed to getting their regular Dubai 30×30 challenge. This year also, DFC returned to continue to commit and to bring the fitness world to all.

The good news is that Hope AMC is extremely happy to accept the Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge with their cluster of activities, like inclusive kids’ yoga, football matches run by a professional football coach with experience with children of determination, and inclusive yoga for adults. Accepting this challenge Hope AMC said being active is not just about exercising and moving, it is about transforming the body and mind and turning the simple thing into the most challenging as well as dreams into achievements. Hope AMC believes DFC goes beyond establishing an ever-evolving city into an inspirationally agile one. They also said – it is about creating and inspiring champions out of the challenges, and an active society with happy global citizens.
